1) Organization: The organization that we volunteered in it is ZHO that stands for Zayed higher organization and it has many centers in the ZHO the center that we volunteered in it is Abu Dhabi autism center

2) Best part of the volunteering:  To begin with, the best part of the volunteering is that we learned about the Autism and their levels thing that we never known about, in the first time we entered the Autism center we thought that we will not continue because we saw something new that the first time we see but we accepted the challenge and we complete the volunteering and it was a good experience for us. And also the best part is helping the teachers on their explanation and helping the students on their worksheets and the thing that they face problems on it

3) Support the community: we support the community by helping our brothers in the Autism center to feel like anybody in our community and to live and educate because some of the students in the autism center have abilities physically and mentally to educate and there is a section called the flowers section they go to a normal school 2 days a week and they have the rights to live and get jobs like anyone and we loved this part of helping them, and I also shared my experience in the Autism center with my community by the social media and the people I know to get useful information

4) All I learned: I learned many thing in this volunteering it was a good experience and learnt something new in my life and I would love to share my experience with the people I know and the people I don’t, and also I learnt how to be patient and how to treat the students with kind way even if they don’t behave. And I thought in the first that the Autism has one level but I learned that there are many levels the high level is the flowers section that they can talk and educate very well

2-    When did you start working her in Abu Dhabi Autism center ?

A-    This is my fourth year her in the autism center

       

3-    how many classes do you teach ?

A-    I teach only on class it’s the second flowers section

4-    how many students in your class ?

A-    6 students 3 boys and 3 girls

5-    what do you think of volunteering in the autism center ?

A-    I think its important to volunteer for the students they will get a good experience and something new to them

the seventh day of volunteering

the seventh day of volunteering and the last day the last day every one of us have been gone to another class than the flowers section first class was english class the teacher was showing the students some videos of the aliphatic order and after it was the launch time i eat with the students and the teachr it was a good time. this was a good expereince in Abu Dhabi autism center we feel sad because its the last day in volunteering the students the teacher and the was coaprating with as

the sixth day of volunterring

on the sixth day of volunteering in abu dhabi autism center we are her in the second section of the flowers we arrived into the gym because they had i PE class with mr. mahmoud we played with students and we saw some good talents in the students like ibrahim he can dribble two balls with his hands and walk with out falling

the fifth day of volunteering

on wednesday we return to our section its the flowers section with the three students manor ahmed and khaled on the first class there was a social studies class we helped the students to complete there worksheets after the teacher finished the explation and as in every class the teacher explain the lesson with the videos it is easier than the normal explanation for the autism students 

the fourth day of volunterring

on sunday first thing in the morning in autism center we arrived early and we wait for the other group that day was in the auditorium because there was a leacture the lecture was about the autism and its developments MR. waael we learnt about the different types of autism there is 3 types the high situation ,medium and low and also most of the people who have autism they can't talk, and there is some who can talk because the autism situation is low

third day of volunteering

the third day of volunteering in ZHO in the Abu dhabi autism center it was on wednesday the class started at 8:30 we entered the class with MR. mahmod the teacher of the first flowers section and there was the 3 students mubark, mohammed and khaled the first class was islamic the class was about the basic knowledge of islam about the prayers and the time for the prayers and we helped the students to finish the worksheets that MR.mahmod gave it to them and we helped MR. mahmod checking the papers and arrange the class also moving the students from class to another class.

The second day of volunteering it was on Sunday, as I mention in my last blog that the section that we are volunteering in is flowers section and there’s two section this Sunday we will volunteer in the second section it has 3 boys and 3 girls we started the class at 8:30 and there were two teachers. in the first class they have English we helped the teacher to explain to the students the alphabetic from A-C as i saw the students had difficulties to understand the explanation by talking so the teachers are trying to add pictures on there explation and videos to make it easy on the students, after the English class there was a art class we helped the students to draw and color the drawings

The first thing we did in ZHO was meeting MR. Adel Alhosani for the registration we filled some paper and we bring with as the important documents like the emirates ID and Personal Image after we finish and we gave him the papers he said to as you will ne volunteering in autism center and we went to the autism center we saw MS. Muna she showed as the center and we did a tour and now we had an idea about all the sections in the center after it she said to us which section we would choose and we choose a section called flowers section and there is 2 classes of it first class contains 3 students and the other one contains 6 students.

4: purpose / what can you do to support the goals of the organization

this opportunity to volunteer in Zayed higher organization will contribute in developing and enhancing services by organization volunteering sessions and get experience in many ways that could serve the community and those who feels the need. There for to be satisfied about what we are supposed to do in the path of volunteering

5. time / schedule : students will volunteer for how many hours / weeks ? days?

{6 hours per week } total {20 hrs / course  } every Sunday and Wednesday (Sunday-from 8:30 till 10:30 ) and (Wednesday from 8:30 till 12:30 ) 

6. To be successful what need to be done? What are the needs of participants?

Ex: In the end, students must be able to type 20wpm English typing. Specific

As we know volunteering needs a student to be patient and a person who can deal with tough situations like problems happening between two recipients as example as an example. However, the student must have a personal skills, Multilanguage as an example, physical skills that helps the

7. what are the benefits to the participants? (both volunteers and recipients )

there are more than a one benefit for each side the volunteering will benefits would be most likely with their social skills that enhances the communication skills and the interaction with others by giving and getting opinions and ideas. In addition there will be new relations form the family of the recipients and vies versa
